LVN pursuing RN should you tell your potential employer?

Hello Everyone,

I just want to get some opinions on whether you think a LVN who is being interviewed for an LVN position but is also pursuing there RN should inform there potential employer of there career goals?

My friends and I go back and forth on this subject so it just want to get some advise..
