Pay scales for lpns in texas & phoenix

Im an lpn for 12 year in wisconsin and i am wondering what lpns are making in texas & phoenix. Which area pays more for lpns, hospitals, nursing homes, home health. Also how does the home health program work in those states. I work at a nursing home here and make $24 on staff and i do home health and make 21.79. but i dont work for an agency, i get paid threw the state so im self employeed, does texas and phoenix home health work like that where you can be and independant nurse provider where u get a provider number threw the state, i no in georgia you have to be signed up with an agnecy. Any info would help,
