wanting to move

Hi. I've been a RN for just over a year. I live in Minnesota but I am looking to move to Portland OR. How does one go about looking for jobs in another state? Typing anything into google gives too much information and you have to weed through so much. I was offered a job before I even passed my NCLEX so I feel fortunate and have some experience under my belt although it is in home care and not in a hospital. Thanks for any help and advice!
