New CNA

Im a new and young CNA that lives in Northern Virginia. I seem to have a problem finding the right jobs. i am currently employed at an in home care facility that doesnt pay me much. i have applied to many jobs for the past few months and have few to little success.
For all you nurses that were in my position, do you have any advice for me?
Congrats you are working thats good, try nursing homes or an agency. with an agency you get more money and most places go by yrs of exp. GOOD LUCK when I moved to VA- I went through the Yellow pages looking for hosp, agencys and also did Craigslist and by word of mouth for private care
