Advice Please! ADN to BSN after graduation?

Hello all,

I am about to graduate from an ADN program and am looking into RN-BSN programs. I have started researching my options, State vs Private school.... the thing is I am totally exhausted! Clinical's were some of the most challenging positions I have ever been in and I'm not sure if I have any gas left. But, I continue on taking summer organic chem and basic bio to transfer to state schools not even knowing if that is where I will end up. I am also worried about the cost and new student loans. All throughout nursing school I have been listening to people talk about how more and more hospitals want a BSN and how difficult it is for new grads to get jobs. Has anyone been in this position? Can I please get some advice! Thank you
