VA Buffalo

does anyone know anything about the va hospital in buffalo, ny? i am considering applying at this facility but i have a limited knowledge of the place. i have been an rn for 3 years now. i have 2 years med/surg and a year in case mgtmt. i would like to do icu or or if possible. i have checked out the va website and i know about the salary but, i would like some info on working conditions.
