Info on lna training..please help

I recently relocated from New Hampshire to Idaho. I recently graduated x-ray school and am now a registered radiologic technologist...however...I can't seem to find a job. Thus, I was thinking of going back for nursing which seems to be in higher demand. I wanted to start out at the bottom and work my way up. This is mostly cuz I want to get some kinda nursing licenture quickly and then build from there. In NH...there is all kinds of training to become an LNA...but here in Idaho I can't find any...just CNA courses. They are not the same right?? Because one is certified and one is licensed?? Why can't I find LNA programs here in Idaho??? Also just to clarify...For nursing you would start out as a LNA,then LPN, then RN (2yr), RN (4yr), then Masters, then doctorate...correct?? I have never heard of a LNA myself. If you want to be a nurse, don't waste your time and spend a bunch of time on courses that will not transfer to a nursing program so you don't have to retake them again. If you need a job right now, just try to get into a hospital like a CNA where you need the least education. Often times, when you can get your toe in the door like working as a CNA, housekeeping, transportation, dietary in a hospital, a person can get to know managers perhaps in radiology and be able to do an in-house transfer. A very large facility would offer the best chances.
