Pre-Employment Physical Exam

Hello.
I have passed an interview for a RN position at the hospital I always wanted to work for. Have to pass pre-employment physical exam now. But I damaged my back a month ago--sciatica.

I am able to perform RN duties. I do the same job now at the other hospital. I am able to squat, lift weight...

I cannot bend forward to reach my toes with my legs straight. This causes a lot of pain.

Now, I use only Ibuprofen plus do stretching exercises. Hope will be OK soon.

But how to pass the pre-employment physical exam? Will this prevent me from getting the job?
