Northwestern Memorial Clinical Ladder?

Hey all,
Just wondering if anyone knows if Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago uses a clinical ladder of sorts for raises and recognition? I'm a newly graduated MS, RN who is entertaining an offer from them. Very interested in knowing if there is a clinical ladder in place for RNs to work through since their starting pay is the lowest in the city.
