UNC vs. Duke for Employment

Hey Everyone! I have been working now for a year as a nurse at one of Duke's hospitals. I did the new graduate program there and now I feel it's time to make a change. I have been working inpatient and want to make the switch to outpatient for a different perspective. I have 2 job offers in oncology clinics at Duke Hospital in Durham and at UNC. I would appreciate any feedback from anyone who has made the switch from working in the Duke system to the UNC system and about the pros and cons of each. Also, any feedback about working specifically in their oncology clinics would be appreciated. This is an extremely difficult decision and I need help and advice!!
