RECRUITERS!! Please critique my resume/cover letter!

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. My goal is to work in the NICU, however for now my goal is to obtain a med-surg position since that is where the majority of my clinical experience is. Im not sure if I should delete my previous work experience since it is not health care related? Any info please! Thanks in advance!
