Possible job change

Hi there. I am looking to get out of my current nursing position. I currently work at a community hospital and have been there for 8 months. I am interviewing for an RN position at on outpatient endoscopy center this week. Does anyone have any idea about what the pay would be for working this type of job?

I'm aware of what the job entitles and it sounds great, but I wouldn't be in the position to take a paycut if by chance they offered me the position. I'm located in PA if that helps at all.
Hi, I'm not in PA, but often going from an inpatient setting to clinical does involve a bit of a pay cut. Plus no more shift differentials. My not be the case in your area though, especially if you're going from small town to an urban setting.
