I need Help!

Hi! I am a BSN graduate from the philippines and just arrived here in the US couple of months ago, I am currently in the process of applying forthe NCLEX in maryland and I am very much interested and very much dying to be a CRNA but my problem is my GPA is low it does'nt reach 3.0. What can I do to be able to increase my GPA should I go back to the philippines and enroll some subjects or classes there? or I could enroll some courses here in the states? And if yes what kind or courses or subjects should i take? I already have bio-chem organic and inorganic but thescores are low, I also have physics lec and lab and its also low both subjects are taken in the philippines. Please help me, I really really want to be a CRNA and planning for it badly.
