Trying to decide on a job

I am currently a school nurse but have been offered a job with my local VA doing case management. I am struggling with the decision because even though the VA has great benefits and it is alot more money I feel like I would be spending alot less time with my kids. But I also feel that the job security with school nursing for the long term is questionable. What should I do????
