I'm an RN with only 9months med-surg experience and just graduated my MBA 12/2011. I am having a hard time looking for a job as I do not have experience in hospital management and my RN experience is <1yr. + I need a sponsorship for H1B as I am not a citizen.

I am super lost and depressed. Any advice?
