Nclex help

Hi! I am a Registered Nurse in the Philippines and I am having some concerns as to whether to take NCLEX or not. I've been weighing this matter for quite a while now...and I realize that if I take up NCLEX, it would open up doors of opportunities in the US. I'm just a little bit confused of which state is the best to register and I would very much appreciate it if you could at least give me some tips..Thank you very much.
I would suggest you check out the International forum under the world tab above and read up on Retrogression and the several years wait for a immigrant visa if you haven't already got one and the struggle on finding a employer willing to wait the several years. State will vary but CA will not accept application without a US SSN and many International nurses are struggling due to requirements with CA and clinical and theory needs to be concurrent
