How does an older nursing student sell themselves to an employer?
Sorry you haven't gotten any replies. My guess? Maybe everybody feels that age should not even be a consideration. You really shouldn't do or say anything that focuses on your age. Avoid interjecting anything into the discussion that would set you apart from other new grads based on age. Federal (FLSA) law prohibits employers from making any sort of hiring distinction based on age & you shouldn't go there either.
