New RN New job

Hello
I am a new RN with a new med/surg job starting next month. Can you gals and guys tell me what to expect during orientation. My orientation is for 8 weeks, I will be working nights but will be in orientation during the day. any tips, advice and general information about orientation and also night shift would be great! thanks in advance!
