after job shadow still waiting for hr call

I did a job shadow last monday in miami valley hospital in ohio, and after that the manager asked me to tell her If I like the job after my shadowing, so I called her and told her I enjoyed it there and I loved it and she said , wait for the call of the hr. I'm just getting worried, until now the hr havent calling me yet ..
