Transfering my CA RN license to NV does it matter if i havent practice for 5 years?

I just received my California RN license. I have moved here in Reno. Does it matter if I havent practice Nursing for almost 5 years? Do they require refresher course? I called them but they couldnt answer my question. Also, i graduated from Asia, does it matter? I know they require alot now. They said they will evaluate it. I wanted to work ASAP.
