Clinical Supervisor

I am contemplating taking a Clinical Supervisor job in the OR I am currently working. I have a BSN and CNOR. I have been a RN for 15 years with experience in ICU/CVICU and last 5 years as a staff OR nurse. I am in southwestern NY state. I would work directly under the Director of Surgical Services and would run the day to day operations of a 5 room OR, scheduling of staff and payroll. What is a reasonable offer for hourly wage??
If it's a supervisory job, chances are it will be exempt (salaried) rather than hourly. Depending on the salary "band", it may also be associated with higher level of paid time off (vacation, PTO, etc) & sick time accrual as well as more tuition reimbursement. Be sure to ask about these benefits because they add a lot of value to your compensation.
