pre-employment tests

Hello, I was wondering if anyone had to take a pre employment test to become a patient service representative. What did the test consist of?, and how difficult was it? For basic office skills did that consist of excel and word or just getting to know the office. I highly doubt a clinic would use excel, seeing as how it has its own databases. Also for the math component is it basic adding and subtracting etc.....or in depth algebra?
