What else can I do with my BSN?

I have worked in the healthcare field since 1997, I have been an RN since 2001. I have worked in a hospital, dialysis clinic, long term care, prison, clinic and home health. I am burnt out, but too young to retire. I feel like I need some kind of change. I am not sure if I want to be a nurse anymore. I just don't know what else to do with my BSN? I have been unhappy for the last 3 or 4 years and it has only gotten worse. My resume doesn't look the best because I have tried several different areas. Any suggestions? any help would be greatly appreciated.
If you figure it out, please let us know too! The BSN is good for nursing, that's it. Many other employers seem to look at your resume and think "if you're a nurse, what are you doing applying here?" It seems that if you want OUT, then you need to throw it all away and start new from the bottom. Yup.
Have you considered an office/paperwork job (if you need a break from the clinical side), or private duty nursing for just one person. Also you could teach nursing at a community college.
There's private care , you can set your own hours and teaching at a school, or be a school nurse or running your own CNA program...there's lots you can do
Substitute teach.
Pharmaceutical research. Insurance claims/case management?
it's also best to try another field of nursing than to leave altogether.
