How are you? I am unimesh, currently working as a Environmental Manager in one of the Environmental Company in Upstate NY. I am in my mid 30's and was thinking to get a ADN from a community college and so on.

You are working as a RN so I thought I can get some info from you like:

# How is the nature of work? Do the RN has to deal with feces all the time?
# How much a fresh graduate can expect eg: hourly...I heard low twenty's in my locality but i am not sure.
# After working for number of years how the facilty give raise to the employee? 3% or some thing like that
# I want to work in Cardiac or ER so what is the scope for that?

Any advice or suggestion is welcome!
