How can we improve RN job satisfaction?

I'm really interested in what's going on nationally for nurses. I'd like to help improve the working conditions. I'll will let you know what I find out.

I would like it if this survey included LPN's as well. I currently work in a nursing home with RN's and we do the same job. Same cart, same hall, same job! I think that this is specifically geared for hospitals though.

Hi nuse2b22,yes, I was interested in nurses in the hospital. LPNs are very valuable and I have worked with many amazing LPNs. I only limited it to RNs to be able to better compare to other studies that have been conducted that focused on RNs. But, I'd love to hear your thoughts. I really want to do whatever I can to improve the work environment for ALL nurses. Thanks for taking the time to respond!
