How can we improve RN job satisfaction?

Are you a registered nurse currently working in the United States? How would you like to help improve nurse job satisfaction? Staff nurses can help do that by participating in this research study about RN job satisfaction. The study is being conducted for my dissertation research (Amy M. Sparks, Co-Investigator, WVU School of Nursing, Department of Health Restoration, [email protected]) under the guidance of Dr. June Larrabee, Principle Investigator, WVU School of Nursing, Department of Health Promotion, [email protected]). The study is an on-line survey that will take approximately 15 minutes of your time. West Virginia University Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval of this study is on file.
