RN Job Satisfaction

This letter is a request for you to take part in a research project to assess the predictors of RN Job Satisfaction. This dissertation research is being conducted by Amy M. Sparks MSN, RN, FNP-BC in the School of Nursing at West Virginia University with supervision of Dr. June Larrabee, a professor in the School of Nursing. West Virginia University's Institutional Review Board approval of this project is on file. It is a RN job satisfaction survey. I'm hoping to get nurses from all over the country and from all 3 generations.
