Endorsement ProcessRating: (votes: 0) The only way to know is to communicate with the NJ BON. If you have a new employer they may assist you in this endeavor. Comment:
When I was a travel nurse, took me 12 weeks to get endorsed. They lost my paperwork twice and were quite snotty to deal with. I'd keep on them, make sure nothing has gotten lost. Personally, squeaky wheel gets the license there IMHO!

good luck! i mean it, you’ll need it. it took me another full month after i had my prints done in nj. then after calling full voicemail boxes for 5 weeks i found out that they had issued me a number and just never contacted me with it. guess they didn’t want to bother with that either. they are extremely difficult to deal with and act like you are bothering them every time you do manage to get through. that is how all agencies are here in our lovely state... welcome to the neighborhood. oh and congrats on the job! i haven’t met anyone who is able to get one around here or seen any new hires in our hospital for almost a year. you are one lucky duck!!

Thanks for the feedback!! Very helpful! Just had my fingerprints done in Sparta today so I'm hoping its not too much longer. I think my original post may have sounded as though I already have a job lined up, but I am still on the search. I just meant that this endorsement process is making it twice as difficult to find something. I'm trying to stay positive though...Thanks again for your info everyone!
