Panic attack setting inRating: (votes: 7) I looked on Craigslist just now to see what might be available in my area, and what did I find? My exact job. Same patient. Same hours. Resignation goes in tonight. I need to beat them to the punch. Now I'm out of a job... How do you know it is your patient? Comment:
Deep breaths, in and out slooowly. if you felt the need to leave this position, it was for a good reason. There are many places to look for a position. I have had several different positions in the last 5 years. My resume is on line, and I have had a lot of offers for some of the same jobs I felt necessary to leave. You are only Temporarily out of a job, you have a profession.

I don't know which large metro area you are in, raekay, but in my area, though jobs are tight, I'm finding that quite a few nurses are coming in unqualified or can't/won't work the available hours, so the turnover is high.Even if one agency turns you down one week keep calling back -- things can change quickly these days! Best wishes to you!
