Find an Attorney for Human Resorce Hearing

how do i go about finding an attorney who is experienced in some sort of disciplinary hearing? i was told to have someone from union to come with me and they would hold that against me. however, based on how my assistant manager is acting (lying to the critical care division chief about performance improvement plan she never implemented or lying that she has been meeting with me frequently to check up on the progress as well as how she never told me all the "issues" the unit was having with me and keep bringing up "issues" that more than three month old which were never brought to my attention) i should really make sure i protect myself. i mean, she can't let her ruin my job or license because she made another mistake i also need to do this to so that she will be off my back and start picking on someone else.

hearing is done by human resources to find out what "really happened."

i had bad experience picking divorce lawyer out of yellow page so i need a better pointer

Are you in a union? Call and ask them if they can recommend someone. Otherwise, do you have professional indemnity insurance? Call and ask if they can recommend someone.
