Well, I'm kinda biased considering I work in neuro--a M/S/Neuro floor. If geriatrics is what's attracting you to ger/M/S, well, you'll definitely get that in neuro. Most of my pts in neuro are older adults and you also get the M/S component because many pts there are there for surgeries and other medical problems. Some of the most common diagnoses on my neuro floor (excluding the surgical pts) are 'altered mental status' and of course, TIAs/CVAs. Comment:
