Power Personnel!! Any one have info?

Hey!
I was just wondering what power personnel does. I looked at their website but im not sure i get it...

They are an agency that works with other hospitals to hire people in the medical field. So once I get hired through Power Personnel, does that mean I am guaranteed a job?

And also, what benefits does power personnel get from hiring me or finding me a job?
Do I pay them or do they have something worked out with the hospital?

When I saw their ad I wondered if it was a fake agency because they're advertising nursing jobs in California and those are extremely hard to come by these days. I don't know -- are agencies still brining in travel nurses because local employers don't want to hire?
