Need advice about Job Situation

Hey fellow nurses...I am at a dilemma..I guess it would be a good dilemma. I am a new nurse with experience and trying to decide between two job offers...offer A is working for Pre-Op unit but the pay is on the lower side but it is close to the beach where I am from and will give a relocation bonus and offer B is in the OR in an area I have never been to but are willing to fly me out.. I do like the manager and the pay is higher and has lots of sign on bonuses. I am grateful to be in this situation cause lord knows how long I have spent as a new grad looking for work but I am torn. I think I would like the job better with A because I have done the OR in a different place and had the most HORRIBLE experience of my life...but I heard from others who work in different ORs that my experience was not normal. So this is my dilemma...so any tips or advice is much appreciated!
Hey Congrats on your offers...really think about both of your offers..do not make any quick decisions..and decide on the BEST one overall. I know I have seen bonuses everywhere but I am not really sure about that..just really look into it.

You need to check out the cost of living in the area which pays higher. If the cost of housing, gas, food, general expenses is high, that could definitely negate the attractiveness of the higher salary, particularly since you would have to relocate.

Congrats........I do agree with horse shoe.Also get more information about both facilities.I would join the facility with more opportunities to grow.

Sounds like a wonderful dilemma to have.. Congratulations! One thing I'd be leery of from both jobs is the sign-on bonuses. Unless you really really need it, I would ask them to bump up your pay instead. The last thing you want to do is start asking these future employers about changing your pay however the bonuses can be a trap! They are usually taxed differently and some come with stipulations (sometimes un-attainable stipulations).
