I recently passed NCLEX RN here in California. Since I'm having difficulty finding a nursing job, can i work as CNA even if i don't have CNA certificate because i'm Rn already? I really don't have any idea about this. HELP!
Well I believe you will have difficulty finding a job as a CNA now that you are an RN. You will be held to the highest licensure as an RN not as a CNA.

Y would you limted yourself, if you cannot find a job, try traveling or moving to another state. You work hard for that degree.
