FMU?

Hi everyone I am a new grad and a friend of mine said she was hired into the FMU now I am from a very small hospital and we dont have an FMU what is that?
Could be Fetal Medicine Unit? Just guessing from a quick Google search.

Could be Forensic Medical Unit aka Custody Unit.
