correctional pay scale in sarasota FL area?

Hello all! I am currently a Charge Nurse (RN) at some of the state prisons in Massachusetts and I want to desperately move to Florida. I've seen several jobs for correctional nursing, but I wanted to get a ballpark pay scale within a 60 mile radius of Sarasota. If anyone could help me out with this as well as warnings of places to avoid, I'd greatly appreciate it!!
