med/surg review course

Hello everyone!

I am looking to take a med/surg review course in preparation for the ANCC med/surg exam. I reviewed the options available on ANCC's website. I would prefer a face-to-face course, but the current courses that are available are a bit further than I want to travel. I live in Pittsburgh, PA - does anyone in the surroudning states know of any med/surg review courses being offered through their hospital or health system. If so, please let me know! Thank you!!!
I am not looking for NCLEX practice. I am already an RN. I am looking for a med/surg review course for professional certification.
