Theory Help!

I am in my second week of nursing school to be an LPN. Everything was going well until Theory class. Can anyone please give any advice on how to remember all of the theorists and their theories, I am so scared I am not going to pass my test tomorrow night. Thanks for any help!
Memorization may be your best bet. Not always fun. Or, association of the theorist w/a certain aspect of the theory. Think about your study/learning style. What is there in that style that will help you learn this info? Utilize it. Is there a study group you can be involved in? Hang in there & best of luck!

You'll get through it! If it's of any comfort, very little emphasis is put on "theorists" after the first week or so of nursing school (except the main ones like Maslow, Erickson, etc.)

I am almost finished with my LPN program, I 'graduate' August 2nd.Rather than cramming for tests, spend 2-4 hours each day reading and thinking about each concept. Think "Why is this theorist so important in Nursing?" This always helped me to remember everyone, I thought about each one and their importance.

Thanks for the advice! Took my first Anatomy and Physiology test and got a 100%, woo hoo, so happy, but then tonight I have that dark cloud of a Theory test hanging over my head.............so stressed!Congratulations on your upcoming graduation, YOU MADE IT!
