PCCN advive

Hello all,

I am considering taking the PCCN exam in a few months. I have about 2 years experience as a tel nurse. I have a one year old daughter and currently work part time (2-12hr shifts a week). I don't want to overcommitted myself, so I am asking for advice. I am considering David woodruff's audio CDs because I figure I can listen in the car and use the flashcards. I am concerned about the 100 hours needed of CE to renew this certification every 3 years. Has anyone been doing this who can tell me how much of a commitment this is. I am wondering if I should put this off another year or two? How much study time did you allow yourself before passing the exam? TIA!
