I will have to an eeg and I am trying to think up ways to hide the eeg wires . the best I can come up with is to wrap my head with a scarf witch will draw as much atenchion as the wires . any kind of hat is out because you can not press the things
I've had an EEG as part of a sleep study...uh, why do you want to hide them? With EKG wires and dementia patients, I've ran the cords thru a section of TED hose to corral them so they don't get caught on things...

Are you doing a study where you go home with a portable EEG recorder? Why not ask the facility who is performing the test or the physician who ordered the test? If they do "take home portable EEG's" then I'm certain they have had this question before. If you are not doing a "take home portable EEG" then why do you feel the need to cover the wires? If you are doing an inpatient study, then just use a scarf, patients are not expected to be high fashion.

I had an eeg not that long ago. I wrapped my head like I was wearing a hijab. If you google it, you can find a lot of instructions on wrapping and stylish wraps. I used a basic pashmina. I then put the wires under my shirt (wear a button down!). No one could tell that I was wearing the wires.

Have you considered an online support group for people with your condition/conditions? It would probably be a more appropriate and helpful place to address your many concerns.
