If I understand your post correctly, you are:1) expressing a phobia about animals2) expressing fear about safety issues related to working with home health patients in their homesAs a licensed RN, I'm sure you can understand that HIPAA and other professional standards prevent you from bringing along non-staff companions with you while you are working with patients. As for the animal phobia ... many, many people have pets.Home health is probably not the specialty area for you.
