Capstone Research Project- Quality Improvement / TCAB

Hello!

I'm currently in the process of researching a topic for my capstone project. It has to be about an initiative that deals with the IOM/QSEN competencies.

I decided to do something about TCAB, but more specifically how TCAB deals with quality improvement issues, and gives Nurses the voice they deserve. I was just wondering if I could get some input and opinions about TCAB, and how it works on your unit. This would be greatly appreciated!

Also, I had an idea of incorporating TCAB and health policy making in order to prevent public health issues that Nurses often experience. I was wondering if I could also get some feedback on that!
