If you are working 2 jobs for 3 months does that equal 6 months experience?

I'm a recent graduate and am thinking of applying for a job posting requiring 6 months experience. Does working 2 jobs at once count for double the experience or would an employer just view it as 3?
I actually think that's a pretty creative way of spinning it. If the recruiter is cool, they might be amused by your resourcefullness and boldness and give you a chance. The key is often to stick out of the crowd...

No. Not really -- unless maybe if both jobs were full time positions and you were working 80 hours per week. When people say "a year of experience," they generally mean something close to full time experience. Not necessarily full time completely, but a significant amount of time. For example: if someone worked 1 day per week at 5 different jobs simultaneously for a year, most people would think it wrong to say that he had "5 years of experience." That's essentially what the OP is asking. When I review a resume and cover letter, I immediately downgrade the application of anyone who exaggerates their qualifications -- or is sneaky in any way. I can't trust such a person and I don't hire people I can't trust completely. Just be honest. If you have worked 2 part time jobs for 3 months, say that. Don't call it 6 months of experience. Those are 2 different things.

I wouldn't say it's 6 months experience, but if you get the interview and the people giving the interview are cool, kinda joke and say, "Hey, 3x2=6...at least I can do math!"
