Unival for HEDIS chart review

Has anyone worked for Unival recently, maybe in 2012? I just started with them and am very skeptical about this gig. Is it just unorganized at the beginning, or should I bail now? They don't seem to have it all together, but this is my first experience with a job that is not hospital-based so I don't know what to expect. Will this start to come together and be worthwhile? Any insight?
