RN's Who Are DACA (Deferred Action For Childhood Arrivals)

Rating:
(votes: 10)

Hi,

I'm an RN who is in the process of receiving DACA approval, but I'd like to know if there are any others out there, and also, I've graduated 5 years ago, the only experience I have is of begin a nanny/babysitter; are there any hospitals in NYC that are opening to hiring and training new grads, since I graduated over 5 years now and haven't been accorded the opportunity to practice my skills? (DACA has now made that possible). Any helpful, supportive response would be highly appreciated. (Also I need to start working asap, and I have no $$ at the moment for a refresher course)
You need to speak to an attorney who has experience in these matters in your state. Yes, you will need to pay for that. Good luck.
