thumb problem from popping blister packed meds

Does anyone else struggle with a painful/swollen thumb from continuous popping of pulls from bubble packs....if so any suggestions on the ease of this problem
Have you seen your care provider and reported this issue? That would be a good place to start.

Definitely see your dr. I had DeQuervains tendonitis from picking up my heavy kid and a prednisone shot helped.
