Study Guides

I'm in my first semester of an ADN program (nursing foundations) and I was wondering if anyone had any advice on study guides. I was told the majority of students fail the first exam because of the way the questions are worded and the thinking process being completely different than any other classes. Any information is greatly appreciated!
