Desperatley Looking for a job in VA/DC /MD area

Hello everyone,

I am desperately looking for a job in VA/MD/DC area mostly in VA area). I have my BSN . Currently, I am working in a home health settings as a RN . I have applied almost every hospitals in northern Va, DC and MD( some hospitals in MD).Have not received any positive responses yet . Had also attend some of the job fairs and meet with nurse recruiters. Now, I am very frustrated. I don't want o work as home health nurse(too much driving ) and also looking forward to get some hospital based experiences . I do not have any hospital or nursing home experiences. Please suggest me somethings what to do next .
