Which job to take?

I got 2 job offers. One in a hemodialysis clinic and another one at an urgent center. The hemodialysis one its 14 hrs 3 times a week and the urgent center its 5 times a week 8hrs but the pay is much better.

- the qs is, what job you think its better? Which one will give me the experience I need to get in a hospital after the year mark.

Thank you! I accepted the urgent care offer today im sooooo excited My ultimate goal its to work at the ER or ICU and I really think that this job will give the experience I need ^_^
