Manual BP Cuff Recommendations?

I've been working in Urgent Care for about a month. I hate those roll around auto BP machines, so I bought a cheap BP cuff on Amazon. After three weeks the artery arrow fell off. No biggie, I know where to place it. This week the sewn on strap that the dial hangs on fell off as well. I use this thing 30 times a day, and I need a sturdy, professional grade instrument. Any recommendations?
